LNG & LPG
SOI is working to increase the trade and availability of clean-burning fuels, such as LPG and LNG. These fuels, often used worldwide in transportation, industry, and power generation, are more environmentally friendly than conventional fossil fuels. These cleaner-burning fuels have a lower carbon footprint and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. SOI's regular trading and shipping of LPG and LNG will boost their availability for electricity generation and other applications, aligning with the growing global focus on clean, sustainable energy solutions.
Mining
SOI has connections with artisanal miners in Africa. Our goal is to purchase minerals from these miners and assist them in improving their mining methods by introducing safer extraction practices. We also want to promote eco-friendly mining techniques. Such methods minimize surface disturbance and waste production. Our approaches will provide a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to chemical methods. We incorporate renewable energy, particularly solar power, to lower the carbon footprint. Our advanced water management strategies also help reduce freshwater use. The environmentally responsible methods we can implement in mining operations will enhance resource efficiency and safety, while supporting the prosperity of the miners.
