Evolving as a culmination of the efforts of three generations of oil industry executives in the Reasor / Neubert family, Signal One International, LLC (SOI) represents the integrity, innovation, expertise, and trust instilled by the family’s forbearers. Today, Ms. Neubert uniquely draws these qualities together in advancing Signal One International for the trade of oil with the purpose of utilizing the Earth’s natural resources for sustainable, regenerative development worldwide.

Signal One International, LLC (SOI), an American company founded in 2008, has roots dating back to the 1930s, when Gerald L. Reasor, the grandfather of SOI’s founder, Ms. Bobbie J. Neubert, started a modest family-owned and operated petroleum and petrochemical company.

Water By SOI, LLC
Water By SOI is working to bring fresh water to American cities and the world at a low cost.
SOI's patented, energy-efficient technology can remove virtually any contaminant from any source of water, thus making unlimited fresh water available, at low cost, for human consumption and agricultural use. The company's water treatment technology, known as Reverse Diffusion Desalination and Decontamination (RD3), uses electrostatically induced motion to sweep dissolved ionic or asymmetrically charged compounds from a fluid, (for example, salts, forever chemicals, and microplastics).

Ms. Neubert is a visionary entrepreneur with extensive experience in establishing successful start-up companies, including Signal One International, LLC, and Real Earth Models, LLC. In each company, she has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Neubert’s experience in business management and finance spans over three decades, encompassing the management of privately owned oil and gas companies, as well as investment portfolios. She is a third-generation oil business executive with expertise in the development of oil, gas, coal, and mining exploration, as well as drilling, testing, negotiating, purchasing, and selling. She currently manages and/or operates 150 oil and gas properties.
